Meet Pauletta Broadnax, M.Ed

Pauletta Broadnax is the founder of Broadnax Educational Consulting, where she partners with schools and districts to empower educators, strengthen instructional leadership, and improve student achievement. With nearly two decades of experience in education, she has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, district instructional facilitator, and Early Literacy Specialist, providing leadership and support at the classroom, school, district, and state levels.

Throughout her career, Pauletta has been passionate about helping educators build their instructional expertise through evidence-based practices, collaborative coaching, and high-quality professional learning. She specializes in instructional coaching, leadership development, literacy improvement, curriculum implementation, data analysis, school improvement planning, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Her work is grounded in the Science of Reading and focused on creating sustainable systems that lead to long-term student success.

Pauletta believes that lasting educational improvement begins with strong relationships and meaningful collaboration. She partners closely with school leaders and educators to develop customized solutions that address each school's unique needs while building the capacity of teachers and leadership teams.
